Payment
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa ®, Mastercard®, American Express®, debit cards, checks and Just My Luck Designs gift certificates. Orders will ship once payment has been made or check/gift certificate has been received.Order Confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive two emails from us, one when we receive your order and one when your order is shipped.Lead Times and Shipping
- Production schedules vary with the volume of orders processing. It is our goal to produce and ship every order as soon as possible. Retail orders will usually ship within two weeks. Wholesale orders usually ship in 2 - 4 weeks. Please remember that these are only estimates and not guarantees! If you need your order by a certain date please contact us to check our current lead time and to make arrangements.
- Our preferred carrier is UPS®. We make every effort to keep shipping costs low and will only charge you the actual cost of shipping. Expedited delivery services may be available. Please contact us for information.
- Received damaged merchandise? Please contact us at 541.521.8693 (M-F 9am-5pm PST). We will be happy to arrange an exchange for you.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, less shipping. Please read the following, and then follow the instructions below to complete a return:
- Clearance/sale returns: All purchases of sale/clearance items are final. Returns will not be accepted.
- Personalized and custom orders: All purchases of personalized and custom ordered items are final. Returns will not be accepted. If we have made an error in your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we may arrange to replace it.
- Restocking fee (Wholesale orders only): A 15% restocking fee will be applied upon the return of any wholesale order.
- Returning a gift? Please indicate on your return form whether you would like to receive a credit, make an exchange, or if you would like us to refund the gift giver.

If you need to make a return, kindly follow these steps:

Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel your order, please notify us IMMEDIATELY as most of our products are made upon order.
- Personalized and custom orders: Orders consisting of personalized or custom ordered items may only be cancelled depending on the stage of production.
- Wholesale orders: Cancellation of wholesale orders may result in a 15% restocking fee depending on the stage of production.

- To qualify for wholesale pricing you must be a retailer or reseller.
- Minimum orders are $100.
- Net 30 terms may be established after the first order.
- Returns/Cancellations: Please read the Return and Exchange Policy and the Cancellation Policy.
- A $15 set up fee per design/saying will be applied to custom orders. The fee will be waived on orders of five or more.
- We offer price breaks for volume orders of like items. Please contact us for details.
- Let us create a custom collection exclusive to your stores! Our graphic designers will incorporate your ideas to develop a unique line of products your customers will love! Sayings, colors, graphic elements and embellishments are all customizable. Please contact us for more information.
